About ActiBox
Who are we?
Every day, our instructors and simulation role players work with groups in businesses, schools and public services. Together, we deliver around 900 training courses each year in first aid, fire safety and evacuation.
From the field, for the field
A two-way exchange between fieldwork and training.
Our instructors combine years of hands-on experience in emergency medical services — from 112 control rooms and mobile emergency medical teams to ambulance services and event medical support — with an active role as trainers for the European Resuscitation Council (ERC), the Red Cross and various provincial training centres for ambulance, police and fire services.
This two-way exchange between fieldwork and training is one of the foundations of our expertise.
"The responsibility a first aider takes on — voluntarily or otherwise — can sometimes weigh heavily."

How it began
That question … became the starting point for ActiBox.
We see the same pattern every day: after limited training, employees are expected to act quickly, correctly and thoughtfully in situations where stress, adrenaline and uncertainty take over. Even experienced first aiders sometimes need to look up procedures — not because they lack competence, but because knowledge that is rarely used naturally fades. That is human.
That is why we keep hearing the same question during training:
"Do you have a practical reference card or cheat sheet to help us in the moment?"
ActiBox is the answer: a practical wall board with quick-reference action cards for the main first aid situations. Not a replacement for first aid training or the first aid kit, but a valuable addition and source of support.
"Take your first aid kit and grab the action card from the ActiBox."
A standard step in internal procedures — so you know what to do, how, when and why.
Every ActiBox also gives something back.
Every ActiBox sold contributes to the free first aid training we provide to charities and associations — so they too can take the right action straight away.
