Actibox isn't an idea born on a drawing board, but a solution born from years of experience in communication, project management, and emergency response.

Founder Sven combined his background as a communications expert and project manager with a solid track record in the world of e-commerce and safety training. For years, and still today, he worked in the field himself:

  • As a first responder/ambulance worker
  • As a Red Cross medic at large-scale events (festivals, B2B,...)
  • Having followed the Health & Safety Advisor lvl. 2 course
  • And above all: as a teacher of first aid and fire prevention for companies, firefighters, police, and ambulance workers

Those who take an Emergency Response training course often receive 16 hours of basic training and 4 hours of refresher training per year. After what they are expected to respond correctly in every possible emergency. In practice, however, we see something different:

  • Uncertainty among new emergency responders
  • Forgotten steps among experienced responders, especially in rare or stressful situations
  • Pressure to "have the manual in your head" while there's no time to browse or look it up

Even the most skilled emergency responder can hesitate at that one crucial moment. And apps? They’re slow, dependent on your phone, and it remains often unhygienic to use your personal phone in emergency situations.

The need for guidance

During training courses, CPR training, and practical exercises, the same question kept coming up:

"Do you have something on paper, short and clear, that I can cheat on?"

The answer is now yes.

Actibox was developed as a physical, easy accessible tool for first aid in the workplace.

  • Based on the latest guidelines from the European Resuscitation Council (ERC) and the Red Cross.
  • Tested with input from first responders, prevention services, and a team of doctors and nurses.
  • Designed for quick access and hygienic use in stressful situations. All actions cards are washable or can be ordered seperatly from our shop.

By placing the visual action cards in a central location (for example next to the AED or first aid kit), first responders get exactly what they need:

The right action immediately.
