The Branded Actibox builds on the proven design of the Basic version, but is tailored to your organization from A to Z. Your logo, your colors, your internal emergency numbers, and protocols are directly integrated onto the board and action cards. Do you work with specific machines, hazardous materials, or have your own evacuation procedures? These are added as sector-specific cards based on your risk analysis. The result is a safety tool that feels familiar to every employee and seamlessly fits within your safety culture.

The Basic Actibox is a ready-to-use solution with a standard set of action cards. The Branded Actibox goes further: your logo, corporate identity, internal emergency numbers and sector-specific risks are fully integrated onto the board and cards.

Almost everything. Think of your own branding and colours, specific action cards tailored to your risk analysis, internal emergency procedures, contact details of your prevention service, a floor plan of your location, or product-specific instructions and SDS sheets.

That's up to you to decide.
- You can ask your own studio team to rework the design and we will assist them by sharing our design templates.
- Or you can simply send us your brand guidelines and we will make a proposal.
Please note that this does not change the price per unit, as we still need to do some account and design work to prepare the final file for production, follow up and check everything.

After your order, we will contact you to discuss your wishes and risk analysis. Based on this, we will jointly determine the content and design. Do you want multiple versions or a large print run? Then you will receive a customised quote.

Yes. The Branded Actibox is available in Dutch, French and English. For multilingual workplaces, you can choose a different language per location or department.

No, you can request customisation for just 1 piece.
If you only want your logo on it, we offer a more affordable alternative for rebranding: a logo sticker on the basic Actibox.
Otherwise, you can simply customise the colours of our basic Actibox with your own colours.
Finally, the major customisation... Add your own emergency numbers, a floor plan, your own branding on the board, change the colours of the action cards,... Anything is possible!
Can we change the themes and action maps to something else?

Certainly! The complete rework allows you to add your own themes (such as "Power Outage", "Machinery Breakdown", for example...).
You will need to provide the action cards for the folders yourself, but we can send you a template to design them in. This way, they will visually match the rest.

The price starts from €399 ex. VAT and is determined based on the number of adjustments, graphic performance, the desired quantity, and the number of different designs. If you provide the graphic material yourself, this limits the additional cost.
